Interactive material

The startup legal health check is an educational self-assessment. It runs entirely in your own browser, its questions are general, and its output is a prompt for further enquiry — not an assessment of your business, and not advice. A result of any kind does not mean that your documentation is adequate, or that it is not.

Privacy

This website has no server-side application, no database, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels and no third-party form service. In consequence:

• nothing you type into the enquiry form or into the health check is transmitted to, or stored by, this website. The enquiry form assembles text and hands it to your own email application; the health check computes its result in your browser and discards it when you leave the page;
• the only thing stored on your device is a record that you accepted the disclaimer, kept in your browser's local storage so that the notice is not shown to you repeatedly. Clearing your browser data removes it;
• typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to that service in the ordinary way that any website using a hosted typeface does.

If you send an email or telephone, that correspondence is of course received and retained in the ordinary course of practice.
